Recipe:
Bolognese:
1 tb veg oil
3 tb butter plus 1 for tossing with pasta
1/2 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped carrot
3/4 pound ground beef chuck
salt
black pepper
1 cup whole milk
whole nutmeg
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup canned Italian plum tomatoes
freshly grated parmesan

1 cup flour (either ap or 00)
2 eggs
or
(100 grams flour for every egg)
