5. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
6. 1 tbsp grated ginger
7. 2 ts dry red chilli powder
8. 2 tbsp olive olive oil
9. 1 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
Crispy Fish Fingers
Ingredients for 1st marinade
1. 400 grams bhetki fish
2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
3. salt as required
4. 1 tsp crushed black pepper
Ingredients for 2nd marinade
1. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
2. 1 egg
3. 2 tbsp mustard sauce
4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp crushed black pepper
7. 2 tbsp wheat flour
Ingredients for special dip
1. 3 tbsp mayonnaise
2. 1 tbsp chopped onion
3. 1 tbsp chopped parsley
4. 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp lemon juice
Ingredients for frying
1. enough quantity of breadcrumbs
2. enough quantity of refined oil for deep frying
Roasted Turkey With Stir Fried Vegetables
Ingredients
1. 400 gm turkey meat loaf
2. 50 gm butter
3. 1 tbsp thyme & rosemery leaves
4. 12 garlic pods
5. 1 tsp crushed pepper
6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
7. 1 medium sized tomato
8. 1 medium sized onion
9. 2 halved garlic
10. 1/4th cup green,red & yellow bell pepers’
11. 1/2 cup french beans
12. 1 cup bok choi
13. 1 cup broccoli
14. 1 tbsp crushed garlic
15. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
16. salt as required
17. refined oil for frying the veggies
Egg Muffins With Turkey Bacon
Ingredients
1. 5 Turkey Bacons
2. 4 eggs
3. 5 turkey sausages
4. 5 spinach leaves
5. 1 medium sized chopped onion
6. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
7. 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
8. 1 tbsp red , green & yellow bell peppers
