This is one of my favorite classic cocktails! So easy to make and elevates any party or get together! I have been served these too sweet and not sweet enough, after trying different quantities, this recipe is truly the perfect portions!

1.5oz family reserve gin @okanaganspirits
0.75oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
0.5oz simple syrup @okanaganspirits
Sparkling wine cipes brut @summerhillwine
1. Shake the lemon juice, gin, and simple syrup over ice for 20 seconds
2. Strain into chilled coupe glass
3. Top with sparkling wine
4. Garnish with lemon peel
