Culinary legend Michel Roux Jr continues his hunt for Britain’s next great chef, alongside pastry supremo Ravneet Gill and restaurateur Mike Reid.
The trio aren’t holding back this week though as they rip apart some of the up-and-coming chefs’ most expensive work. Emotions are certainly riding high in Round 2 as they desperately fight for the golden prize of winning the Palm Court restaurant in The Langham Hotel, London.
