French Red Wine Chicken Stew (Civet de poulet)
Ingredients:
500g [17.5oz] chicken
75cl [25fl oz] red wine
4 slices of a small onion
4 small tomatoes (or 1 medium tomato)
20g [1tbsp + 1tsp] butter
2 cloves of garlic, around 4 bay leaves, 3 or 4 cloves, thyme
2tsp sugar
2tbsp flour
Salt and pepper
