Blender French Style Mayonnaise
This will make approx 30 fluid ounces or
1½ imperial Pints or almost 2 USA pints.
20 fluid ounces oil (15oz veg or sunflower or groundnut or rapeseed and 5oz olive oi)
4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
4 egg yolks
½ tbpn wine vinegar
Salt Pepper
4 tbspn water
