This Recipe has a lot of fresh green veggies flavoured with some beautiful spices .These can be made ahead of time ,a day or two and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and fried when hunger strikes or when you want to impress your family & friends.
These kebabs are super simple to make and are delicious to eat.You can serve them as a starter or as a side dish with some Dal Rice or Dal Khichadi too

Ingredients

1/2 cup of Spinach /Palak Puree
To prepare this puree take 3 cups of palak leaves,washed and cleaned well ,blanch them in some hot water for 5 mins transfer to some cold water ..puree in a mixer.
1/2cup of finely chopped capsicum(1 small capsicum)
1/2 cup of green peas
1/2 cup of finely chopped French peas(5-6 french beans)
1 cup of coriander/pudina leaves chopped fine
1 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes(3-4 potatoes)
3 light green chillies finely chopped
1/2 cup of corn flour
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 tsp of turmeric /haldi powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp each of chaat masala & amchur/dry mango powder
