How to make nondairy #cheese #raw #vegan recipe

I was born in the country of cheese and wine: France.

However, I stopped eating dairy more than a decade ago. And I became 90% ( raw vegan four years ago!

So let’s be creative by making a French nondairy cheese.

The cheese recipe is simple: soaked sunflower seeds (bought in bulk at Raw Living: water, fresh turmeric and ginger, tamari or sea salt, garlic and/or a bit of onion, apple cider vinegar or lemon and chives if you have them. You can also add Irish moss or sea moss ( for extra creamy texture!
