I’ve been so excited to make this video for a very long time because Hai Au Lang Nuong is a restaurant in Canley Vale, the suburb in Sydney where I grew up! This restaurant is the pride and joy of our community here!

When you come on the weekend, you will hear the sound of the electric guitar. Vietnamese pop music and the owner singing karaoke outside. You will see lanterns, flashing lights and funky decorations when you walk in. It’s an incredible sight and it really will make you feel like you’re in Vietnam. Only, you’re in Sydney Australia!
