On my last trip to NYC, I had no choice but to link up with the one and only; Pierce Abernathy.
We had a beautiful sea bream that was flew in from Japan the same morning alongside with some beautiful greens from a Brooklyn farm. We decided to make the best out of it so we had to go with a raw and a cooked dish. Crudo and grilled fish was definetly the move.
Good food, good wine, good company.
