Hi! In this video I show you how to make the perfect summer treat – Mango Chamoy Ice Cream Macarons! (that’s almost a tongue twister!) I made these delicious macarons to celebrate my brother’s graduation and birthday last week since these are his favorite! The acidity/saltiness of the chamoy balances the creaminess and sweetness of the ice cream. To top it off the macaron shells add the perfect slight crunch. The balance of flavors and textures is DELICIOUS! These for sure will become your new favorite summer treat!
