I went to buy some gifts for my friend bday…after the shopping done,thought to pick a bread packet. But I dint get the type pf bread I want…but suddenly it catches my eyes to see some new varieties of bread and I picked this French pastry loaf. And here is the recipe . Kids just love this type of dish…it is a perfect party starter…and I have added here grated potato so that the cheese quantity reduced and if you want you can use grated paneer as it is also one form of cheese, so int his way kids have paneer too. So lets get started

Baking Time 15 to 17 min
Serving Persons 4

Ingredients

1 medium size French Pastry Loaf
½ cup yellow capsicum chopped
½ cup red capsicum chopped
2 medium potatoes(boiled n grated)
½ cup pizza cheese
1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
½ tsp red chili flakes
2 big garlic clove grated
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup butter
Salt to taste

Procedure

Add pizza cheese, grated potato ,yellow n green capsicum, black pepper powder, oregano, ½ of parsley, red chili flakes n salt with ½ of coriander leaves .
Mix these well…the stuffing is ready.
I add coriander leaves for desi tadka.
Now prepare the garlic butter…add parsley, grated garlic, garlic powder, coriander leaves, salt to the butter n mix it well.
Cut the two ends of French pastry and cut into 8 cm length parts.
Now remove the inside of pastry by cutting through a knife so that we can stuff our potato cheese stuffing.
Insert the knife from all side and make a mark, remove the stuff from inside with hand…if it is long repeat the process from other side too.
Now fill the stuffing inside the cavity…and cut into 2 cm length parts.
Now place an alminium foil on baking tray and on this keep te stuffed French bread for baking.
Now apply the garlic butter all over the French bread…and seal this with foil.
Preheat e oven for 10 min at 200 degree.
Now bake this bread for 15 to 17 min…
Unwrap the foil after baking n enjoy…

Notes

You can add kasuri methi, mixed herb instead of coriander leaves.
I have added cheese powder for the extra flavour of cheese.
You can add grated paneer instead of potato n other veggie green capsicum, onion, carrot etc.
Add salt carefully as cheese n butter have salt.
I used chopped capsicum as it is to give it a crunchy bite and anyway it goes for baking so it will be cooked.
I have added coriander leaves as not have fresh parsely to give green touch to garlic butter.
As my son also likes this so I add little black pepper powder here.
Wrap the French bread with aluminium foil otherwise it will burnt quickly…in this way the brad will remain soft,cheese n buttery after baking.
