Directions:-

– Put the potatoes sticks in cold water for 1-2 hour.
– Dry the potatoes sticks using the kitchen napkin.
– Heat the oil to 300 degree, cook the potatoes until
soft. Remove from oil and dry on paper towel.
– Turn up the heat to 400 degree, reheat the potatoes
until golden and crispy.
