The Blame Canada Burger was created by Bar Luca out of Sydney, Australia. This masterpiece honors Canada’s contribution to the foodie world by piling on poutine, American Cheese, maple bacon and a maple aioli. My burger is made with a blend of ground short rib and chuck. I cooked this on the Golden’s Cast Iron Kamado:
Gravy Recipe:
Make a rue with 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup flour over medium heat. Once the rue takes on a darker color, add 2 cups beef broth and whisk until it thickens. Stir in 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
