Ingredients :

36 Scallops
100 g Butter
6 slices country bread with walnuts
15 cl Liquid cream
1 egg
6 Pears
1 tbsp. liquid honey
1 handful walnut kernels
Salt
Pepper

Step 1: Peel and core the pears. Melt 35 g of butter in a small saucepan and add the honey.

Brown the pears in a fry pan with the honey butter, basting them regularly with the juice.

Step 2: Cut the pears into strips. them covered in a preheated oven on th. 2 (60°C).

Fry the scallops for 1 min on each side in a pan with 35 g of butter. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

Step 3: Quickly dip the slices of bread in the peppery eggs, mixed with the liquid cream.

Drain them and brown them on each side in a pan with the rest of the butter.

Step 4: Serve the French toast, with the pears and scallops. Decorate with walnut kernels.
