Today I made mini french quiche. This is a french Tart. Which is I filled with mushroom and eggs stuffing. This is very soft and cheesy.

INGREDIENTS:-
All purpose flour (maida)- 2 cup
butter – 150 gm
salt – half tsp
onion – 1 (chopped)
garlic – 2 cloves (chopped)
mushroom -7-8 (sliced)
pinch of salt
eggs- 2
full cream – 4 tbsp
salt – 1/4 tsp
chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp
dry parsley – 1 tsp
oregano – 1 tsp
black pepper – 1/4 tsp
cheddar cheese – 3-4 tbsp
