milk – 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
yeast – 10 g (0.35 oz)
sugar – 30 g (1 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes
milk – 2 l (0.52 gallon)
TO LEAVEN 20 minutes
TO BOIL 3 minutes
Tray size 35 X 40 cm (14 x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
mayonnaise – 30 g (1 oz)
mustard- 30 g (1 oz)
lettuce leaves – 200 g (7 oz)
tomatoes – 200 g (7 oz)
ham – 200 g (7 oz)
melted cheese – 200 g (7 oz)
