Bonjour!
I was incredibly fortunate to have the pleasure of spending the past fortnight, visiting wonderful, wonderful France!
From wandering the cobblestone lanes of Paris, exploring the ins & outs of this magnificent city, seeing both the popular spots, and the hidden gems.
To venturing west, to Giverny, in Normandy. Where I had the great pleasure of visiting the great artist; Claude Monet’s exquisite home and gardens.
Finally, south-west to the picturesque region of the Loire Valley, for a weekend retreat from the fabulous bustle of Parisian life. Steeped in rich history, devine food & wine, quaint, fairytale villages, dotted throughout the dreamy, rambling French countryside.
Beautiful Spring was in full, wonderful bloom, adorning both the cities and countrysides in the most charming, dreamy, and picturesque setting, filling the atmosphere with the most wonderfully, intoxicating fragrance. Experiencing France in full spring splendour was a truly magical experience. One that I can now fondly look back on, both to reminisce and share with dearest others, for many years to come!
