Today, I visit Paris and stopped in the famous french Food Fair of La Foire de Paris.
It takes place in Paris each year on May month.
Foire de Paris is a convention organized in Paris since 1904. It takes place every year towards the end of April and lasts about ten days.
The festival strive to highlight the latest products and innovations in several areas such as: Housing, fashion, well-being, gastronomy
This fair is also known for the LEPINE Competition, the french invention and innovation competition

There is a very large choice of cuisine: Sauerkraut, Cassoulet, Poutine, Raclette Sandwiches, grilled cheese, Aligot, Paella, tapas, focaccia, Crepes bretonnes, burgers, ham and butter sandwiches…
You can also taste wines, Sausages, Pretzels, cheeses, Truffles
I also go to the Halle Terre des Tropiques with Creole specialities. We discover a wide choice of West Indian, Guyana, Mauritian, Indian specialties such as Acras, smoked chicken, blood sausage, Colombo, coconut sorbet, blancmange, planteur.
