Tala hua gosht is a Hyderabadi dish which is nothing but mutton fry taken as a starter or eaten along with dal and rice.
The common dals in hyderabad which go best with this recipe are palak dal, khatti dal, dalcha, masoor dal etc…
It is an amazing beef dish. This is one of my favorite Hyderabadi crispy fry gosht recipes.
Ingredients
Half kg beef
2 tablespoons ginger garlic
2 green chilli
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Half teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Half tablespoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoon all spices
