Ingredients:
– chicken thigh (4)
– salt and pepper (4 tsp of each) – to marinate the chicken before cooking
– whole garlic cloves (10)
– minced garlic (1 tbsp)
– water (400 mL)
– gochujang (3 tbsp)
– white shimeji mushrooms (to taste) – you can also just use whatever mushrooms you want!
– red wine (100 mL)
– butter (20 g)
– salt (2 tbsp)
– sugar (2 tbsp)

Instructions:
1. marinate the chicken with slat and pepper
2. sear the chicken and press them down to make it as flat as possible
3. add whole garlic cloves and sauté with chicken until golden brown
4. remove the chicken once it becomes golden brown
5. add the sliced tomatoes, water, salt, sugar, red wine, and gochujang and let it sit over high heat for 10 minutes
6. finally, add the chicken, cooked garlic, butter, and mushrooms
7. once everything is fully cooked, its ready to enjoy! 🙂
