600g sugar (3 cups)
165g corn syrup (1/2 cup)
250ml water (1 cup)
tsp cinnamon
tsp food colouring of your choice
apples of your choice – i used pink lady
chocolate to melt (if using)
Sprinkles / toppings of your choice
