Chef Guillaume welcomes guests with a cocktail on arrival, before serving a 5-course tasting menu based on the very best seasonal, locally-sourced British produce. Expect some little surprises along the way and your evening will end with a show-stopping theatrical dessert served on the table! This is a communal dining, supper club style dinner, hosted every Thursday.
Chef Guillaume collaborate with local artists, art galleries and ceramicists and will serve each course on beautiful handcrafted ceramics, which are available to buy on the night.
