Hola Famila, check out this quick French Onion burger made with Wagyu and Dry Aged meat from
I prepared the onions in the same manner that I would for a French Onion Soup
French Onion Topping:
2 Large White Onions Sliced
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Beef Broth (Hot)
3 Tbsp of Dry White Wine
1/4 Cup of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp of Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Sherry to finish
Toss butter in pan at Medium High Heat
Add Sliced Onions and stir for 10-15 mins until they start to brown
Add Dry white Wine and continue to cook for another 10 mins
Add flour and stir until thickened
Add Sherry and cook for another 5 mins and remove from heat.
Season the ground Wagyu/Dry Age Mix with Salt and Pepper only.
Add to a hot grill for 4-6 mins on each side to preferred temp
Add some Graza Olive Oil to the bread prior to toasting- remove when all bread is toasted slightly brown
Add Fresh Gruyère Cheese to the burger and remove from heat
Spread some Dijon Mustard on bottom half of bun, top the burger with that delicious French Onion and dig in!!!
