How to make French Fries Ingredients:
Potato – 2-3
Water – to wash & make batter
Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
Maida / Plain Flour – 1/4 cup
Corn Starch – 1/4 cup
Salt – to season
Oil – to deep fry

For Poutine Gravy – Butter – 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 2 cloves
Chopped onions – 2 large
Salt – to taste
Maida – ½ tbsp
Tomato – 3 (blended to puree)
Sugar – pinch to balance
Coriander Chopped – 1 tbsp
Paprika / Kashmiri Red Chilli – 1 tbsp
Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Schezwan Chutney – 1 tbsp
Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 3/4 cup
Cheese Slice – 2
To Serve – Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup
To Serve – Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
