PERFECT FRENCH TOAST WITH WHOLE WHEAT BREAD ( NO FAIL) TIPS INCLUDED

INGREDIENTS:
Whole wheat bread 6 slices
Eggs 2
FullFat milk / Cream 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder. 1/4 tsp
Brown Sugar 2 tsp
Vanilla essence few drops
Salt one pinch
1. Whisk the 2 eggs nicely
2. Add milk, brown sugar , cinnamon powder, salt and vanilla essence .
3. Combine it nicely without any lumps.
4. Heat the pan add 1 tsp of any cooking oil and 1 TBSP OF butter.
5. DIP BOTH SIDES OF THE BREAD IN THE CUSTARD HOLD IT FOR FEW SECONDS, LET THE EXCESS DRIP OFF .
6. LAY THE BREAD GENTLY IN THE FRYING PAN . KEEP THE STOVE ON MEDIUM HEAT .
7. AFTER 2 MINUTES , PEAK UNDER A SLICE OF BREAD TO SEE IF THE FRENCH TOAST TURNED GOLDEN & BROWNED.
8. WHEN IT HAS, FLIP THE FRENCH TOAST AND CONTINUE TOASTING.
9. IT WILL TAKE 2-3 MINUTES FOR ONE SIDE .
10. WIPE OUT THE PAN AFTER EACH BATCH.
11. ADD LIL BUTTER & OIL AND REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR REST OF THE BREAD SLICES

ALWAYS KEEP THE STOVE ON MEDIUM HEAT,
CHOOSE THE RIGHT BREAD .
ADD LIL OIL AND BUTTER , THIS WILL PREVENT THE BUTTER FROM BURNING.
AND MAKE SURE TO WIPE OUT THE PAN AFTER EACH BATCH.
THEN USE FRESH COMBINATION OF OIL AND BUTTER
