Preparation of a chicken stew is shown in this video. It is more or less like the traditional french chicken stew which is usually prepared by using skinned chicken legs with white wine. But I have not used any wine in my preparation and also removed the skin. Fresh cream along with mushrooms brings white saucy texture and makes it very tasty. It would be a perfect dish for guests. Chopped Garlic 1.5 tbsp
Butter 3 Cubes
Chicken Stock 200 g
Heavy Cream 100 ml
Black Pepper 1+1 tsp
Dried Thyme 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
