Ingredients:
1 tsp of butter in a springform pan

pastry dough recipe:
3.5 cups all purpose flour
9 ounces butter
2.5 ounces vegetable shortening
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar (NOT 1/4 cup like I did)
3/4 to 1 cup cold water

1/4 chopped parsley
2 tb minced basil and chives
4 tb melted butter
6 cups thinly sliced all purpose potatoes
salt and pepper
egg beaten with a little water
1/3 cup heavy cream
