Ingredients:

For the cake:
200 grams of flour
200 grams of ham
125 grams of swiss cheese
125 grams of green olives
3 eggs
1 tsp of baking powder
100 ml of heavy cream
2 tbsp of oil
parsley
salt, pepper, oregano

For the chicken:
1 whole chicken
1 kilo of tomatoes
3 big bell peppers
2 big onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 bouquet garni (dry herbs)
250 ml of white wine
salt, pepper, olive oil and 1tsp of “piment d’espelette” (or cayenne pepper)

For the mousse:
350 to 400 grams of frozen raspberries (or fresh)
50 grams of sugar
4 grams of agar agar
150 ml of heavy cream + 1 tbsp of confectioner sugar
another 100 ml of heavy cream + ¾ of tbsp of confectioner sugar (for the whipped cream on top – or use store made whipped cream)
some pistachios
