Frenchy Cannoli is a master hashishin, or a hash maker, someone who makes traditional hashish using a modern ice-water sieving method. The resulting product is sometimes referred to as “bubble hash”.

Frenchy works with organic, outdoor farmers in the beautiful Mendocino and Humboldt areas of the Emerald Triangle in California. Frenchy believes “terroir” the French concept that says the geography, the geology, the strains of plants grown in a specific area, and the soul of the farmer tending the plants all play a role in creating a distinct “taste of the place” that is used in the wine industry to define quality.

Frenchy believes the small, outdoor farmer is the cornerstone of quality when it comes to cannabis production, and therefore they should be supported and protected as valuable agricultural assets in California.
