Ingredients:
1) Quark yogurt cheese (500 grams) it gives a richer texture to the #cake batter.
2) Vanilla flavour yogurt 200 grams (I find whole milk vanilla natural yogurt to be the best )
3) 2 eggs
4) Protein pancake mix (50 grams)
5) Vanilla sugar free and 1 Tbsp Vanilla xylitol sweetener

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 -360 degrees F (180° celcius).
In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, lightly beat eggs, add sugar and yogurt, mix for 1 minute until smooth, add protein baking mix powder and mix until well combined approximately another minute. Pour into greased cake pan and bake 45-50 minutes or until tested done. When cool, take it from the pan and sprinkle with orange marmalade and whipped cream if desired.
