Were living out of a truck camper deep in the Ozark mountains of Arkansas. We took a seven mile hike to ancient sandcastles and Twin Falls. During this hike we had an encounter with a pack of wild hogs! For dinner Kellie prepared black bean enchiladas with turmeric rice.
