シェフは生徒さんを募集していないけど、お店でどういった美味しいお料理を食べれるか伝わると思います!

There it is! The video of March’s cooking class at my favorite bistrot in Ichigaya, Globe du Monde, that I introduced when I celebrated my birthday in january.
We tried to give as much information in English as possible while shooting but you will hear a lot of Japanese and some French too!

But mainly, I think that this video will show you what a great chef Mr Tanno is and how great the atmosphere is when we are doing those cooking classes.

Mr Tanno is not looking for more students but you can go and eat there anytime and enjoy his delicious cooking!

This time, we made a creamy corn soup, sea food and vegetables in jelly, a spring dish called Navarin d’Agneau (lamb stew) and delicious strawberries in rosehip jelly. A real feast made by a mostly friendly and energetic team!
