You let us know there was a new option at the Edison to try so we made a reservation to this speak easy themed industrial gothic-style restaurant at Disney Springs that hold the last piece of Downtown Disney/Pleasure Island, formerly the adventurers club. The Edison restaurant typically has live entertainment but on the day we went a lot of the dining area was closed for a private event. It was beyond impressive to see the kitchen pull off a full catering event while serving more than half of the restaurant, which was completely full and had quite a few large parties. Props to the back of house at the Edison. The Edison is located in The Landing area of Disney Springs. The Edison brings 1920s themed live entertainment and is a great place for Dapper Day. They have some of the more unique craft cocktails at Disney Springs.
