Can you make a fine wine from store bought grape juice? Well, we know you can make wine from any juice really, but how “fine” can it be? Wine, commercially made wine, uses varietals of grapes to achieve specific types of wine. Most grape juice is concord grapes, which… while tasty are not the most highly sought after type of grape for wine. Let’s see if we can change that!

Ingredients:
