I went to Restaurant Hubert over Easter and here’s my honest review
Looking for a unique fine dining experience in Sydney? Check out Restaurant Hubert, located just a 4-minute walk from Martin Place. This French restaurant is situated underground and has a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. While the booking process can be a bit tricky, the service is top-notch, and the knowledgeable waitstaff is happy to help. The menu boasts delicious dishes such as snails with butter and Hubert baguette, green cabbage with pork and duck, and a whole Australian Rock Lobster. Finish off with the Crème Caramel or Passionfruit Souffle, and enjoy the live jazz music that starts at 6:20 pm.
