This does not represent what I eat every single week, but it can give you a general idea of what I eat in a healthy, non-restrictive, and intuitive way. I like to enjoy what I eat and eat mainly healthy, balanced meals, but I don’t obsess over everything being and looking perfect. Sometimes I eat out, I eat more than my fullness levels, or I don’t have the most healthy day of eating. But that’s ok because I balance everything out throughout the week!
