Homemade French Dressing! (Almost Lost This Recipe)
In a big mixing bowl put…
1 & 1/2 cups of Hunts Ketchup
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of white vinegar
2 cups of white sugar
Blend very well for 5 minutes
Now add your seasonings…
1/2 tbsp. kosher salt
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. paprika
Then only add…
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Blend for 3 more minutes
Store in pint jars in the refrigerator.
Gets better the longer it sets…
P.S. Shake it well before each use to help keep the
oil well distributed. Also try our homemade Blue Cheese!
