Base
2 Oz Milk
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2 Tbs Brown Sugar

2 Slices of Bread

Syrup:
4 Oz Cold Brew
1/2 Tbs Creamer
1/2 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 Tbs Irish Whiskey
1 Banana

Directions:

1️⃣ Add all base ingredients to a bowl.
2️⃣ Mix 30 seconds. Soak bread into mixture. Add to sprayed bake tray.
3️⃣ Bake at 375 degrees for 13 total minutes.
4️⃣ Blend Syrup ingredients. Reduce on medium heat in saucepan for 5-10 minutes.
5️⃣ Add syrup on top of toast. Fork it and enjoy 💪🏼

*Optional:
1️⃣ 1 Tbs creamer for extra cream flavor.
2️⃣ 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum for extra thickness.
3️⃣ 1 Tbs Coconut flour for extra thickness.
