Today I’m going to show you an easy Chicken Dish that is perfect for a family dinner. Chicken Fricassee is a traditional French chicken stew with golden chicken in a creamy white mushroom sauce. Serve it alongside with rice or mashed potatoes.

– 5 Chicken thighs
– Salt
– Black Pepper
– 60gr unsalted butter
– Olive oil
– 300gr White mushrooms
– 2 Medium onions
