It always gets the ‘Waous’ at dinner parties thanks to its wonderful glistening caramel colour and the little drama of turning it over at the table. It always looks so appetising with a good spoonful of sweet whipped cream or chantilly.
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
6 to 8 apples
?? g of butter
?? g of caster sugar
It’s important to let it rest in the dish until is it warm so the apples soak in all the caramel before you serve.
