Auor is a contemporary French fine dining restaurant in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, run by Singaporean chef Edward Voon. The restaurant`s name is pronounced “hour” and is inspired by the golden hour before sunset.

We have a very private room and the service is very good. The tasting menu cost $1680+10%.
The food itself is good overall, and some dishes are very inspiring. However, the lobster desn’t match with Fujian sauce.
