Today’s recipe is Potato Sticks which is very easy to make time saving recipe I made using simple ingredients. It’s very crispy and tasty. It’s one of the best tea time snacks, so try & don’t forget to give valuable feedback.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg potatoes (boiled and mashed)
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 black pepper powder
1/2 cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
1/3 cup corn flour
2 to 3 tbsp green coriander
1/2 cup rice flour
Oil for frying
Recipe:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of the masher.
-Add salt,chilli flakes,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,cornflour, fresh coriander & mix well.
-Let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Grease hands with cooking oil,take a small quantity of mixture & make a ball.
-Place on clean working surface (greased with cooking oil) & roll into finger shape with the help of palm.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry potato fingers on medium flame until golden.
-Serve with sauce or tomato ketchup.
