In winter, in our French family, we often cook our steak in a pan with a good amount of butter. More and more, in our busy life, we too use frozen French fries instead of making them from scratch and my other problem is that my mum make the best French fries ever and I cannot wait to go and visit her in France to show you how she makes them!
Garlic butter is simply made of fresh, soft butter, freshly squeezed juicy garlic and a little thinly chopped parsley. I will make a little video and pop the link here soon.
