This year one of the gastronomy fairs took place at the exhibition hall within Hippodrome Paris – Vincennes / Salon Mer & Vigne / February 2023
It is mainly dedicated to seafood and wine, but let’s discover a whole variety of food like porc, charcuterie, delicatessen, different types of cheese like goat cheese, parmigiano and aged cheese, oysters, snails, smoked salmon and so on. There are also several producers of French wine and champagne from different regions of France.
