VEGETABLE HAKKA NOODLES:
Veg Hakka Noodles is a famous Chinese recipe. Made with fresh noodles, it has a strong flavour of soy sauce and garlic, which makes it an apt dish for kitty parties and celebrations.
Ingredients:
2 Packets of Chings Hakka Noodles
Water,
Salt,
2 tbsp. Oil,
4 to 5 Garlic Cloves (Finely Chopped ),
1/2 inch of Ginger (Finely Chopped),
1 Medium Onion ( Sliced),
Spring Onion,
3 Slited Green Chillies,
2 tbsp. Carrots,
3 tbsp. Bell Peppers,
2 tbsp. Cabbage,
1 tbsp. French Beans,
1 tbsp. Capsicum,
1 tbsp. Black Pepper Powder,
1 tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce,
1/2 tbsp. Vinegar,
1 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup,
Coriander (Finely Chopped),
2 tbsp. Olive Oil.
Recipe:
Take water in a kadhai. Add 1 tbsp. Oil & Pinch of Salt. Let it boil Completely.
Add 2 Packets of 150 gms each of Chings Vegetable Hakka noodles in it. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Noodles should be cooked only 70%.Do not cook it completely.( Check noodles after 3 minutes).
Drain water completely and rinse cooked noodles with cold / tap water. Once more drain water and keep noodles aside.( Rinsing with cold water keeps noodles texture perfect and non-sticky).
Take 2 tbsp. of oil in kadhai. Add finely chopped garlic. Saute till golden brown. Add Sliced onion, ginger and little spring onion. Stir fry till golden brown. Now add cabbage, green chillies, French beans, baby corn, carrots, bell peppers, Spring onion, coriander ( you can add here veggies as per your choice). Saute them on high to medium flame.
Add tomato ketchup, dark soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add noodles to it. Saute on low flame. Let the noodles gets mixed with veggies.
Stir fry them for 2 minutes on high to medium flame.
Add vinegar & Olive oil to it. Saute again. Now add coriander and garnish with finely chopped spring onions.
Noodles are ready. Garnish with Spring onion and serve hot.
