There’re always new restaurants, but few like this one, Rosita HK, the creation of the two chefs from MONO and ANDO, my all time favorite in HK. I knew it would be worth visiting from the start and this time I got to try it in HK, I love every second there, share with you, and hope you enjoy it too.
