Château des Charmes focuses exclusively on french grape varietals in the Niagara Region. The winery is a charter member of “Sustainable Winemaking Ontario”. This specific wine is a very good introductory example of Niagara Region Pinot Noirs and can be used to start to compare the Niagara Region flavour profiles to other geographic areas.
