Ingredients (serves 9):
6 slices of GF Sweet Hawaiian Bread (or your favorite bread)
1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
1/3 cup of egg whites
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp of matcha

Toppings:
3 tbsp of unsweetened coconut
2 guavas (just the skin)

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Cut the bread and toast or air fry for 6 minutes at 380F.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the french toast along with the toasted bread.
4. Transfer to an 8×8 baking dish, and add the toppings.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Slice into 9 pieces and enjoy!
