Basic French Crepes Recipe:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 tbs melted butter or cooking oil
Pan Sizes:
8 inch pan – about 3 tbsp of batter (about 45 – 50 mL)
10 inch pan – about 1/4 cup of batter (about 60 mL)
12 inch pan – about 1/3 cup of batter (about 75 – 80 mL)
